Polaris Belt Drive Unit (Years 2016 – 2024)

Our lightweight performance enhancing belt drive system for the Polaris Axys chassis with a chain case reduces overall sled weight and rotating mass. We offer 3 different ratios that improve performance on all sleds from stock to boosted big horsepower sleds. Easy bolt on installation with no modifications to the OEM parts, takes approximately 1 hour to install.  

Our extensive research and hands on back country testing has led to what appears to be the strongest longest lasting belt on the market.

Each component is machined out of billet aluminum.
