Swedge Tool

We often hear the complaints of snow buildup on the running boards. We decided to do something about it that does not require hacking the running boards up or riveting plates. Our punch (SWEDGE) is built from a pre-hardened tool steel.  There are no multiple setups.  All you need is a 1 ¼ inch hole saw and the SWEDGE. The SWEDGE tool rolls the aluminum after cutting through which maintains the integrity and strength of the running board and produces a 2″ x 3″ Rectangular hole as shown. This works well on Arctic Cat, Polaris, Ski-Doo, and others that don’t have a heat exchanger or bracing on the edge of the running boards.
We also have a 2″ round hole punch.
